Useful planning
should not cost your trust.

This page is a clear, prototype-level privacy overview for Roamliy. A production launch should replace it with jurisdiction-specific legal review.

The short version

Roamliy needs the trip details you choose to share—such as destination ideas, dates, budget range, preferences, and saved places—to help organize and improve your trip plan. We should use that information only to provide and improve the planning experience, communicate with you when you ask us to, and keep the service safe.

Information you choose to provide

That can include account details, trip briefs, travel preferences, messages submitted through the product, collaborators you invite, and feedback. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for a feature you choose to use.

How Roamliy uses AI

AI is used to turn the context you provide into itinerary ideas, explanations, alternatives, and planning assistance. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so you should confirm requirements, availability, eligibility, health and safety guidance, and booking conditions through the relevant official or service-provider sources.

Sharing and control

Roamliy should not sell your personal information. A production privacy policy should name any service providers used for infrastructure, analytics, payments, email, and AI processing, and explain retention periods and data-request rights. You should be able to review, edit, export, or delete trip information associated with your account, subject to necessary legal and security limits.
